Sunday's Simmering Purple Polish Dish

Yes, Really

You know the dish, Bigos, or Hunter's Stew.  Since I got a red cabbage for it instead of a white one, it turns out purple, kind of psychedelic in nature.  The taste might be the same, or it might not, since Your Humble Artisan is using a block of Quorn he got going cheap about ten days ago.  So it ought to have matured nicely.  I can't provide a picture as it's still cooking and won't be ready for another half-hour.  Perhaps tomorrow.  Instead let's go with a sci-fi cover illustration.  Art!
