Not today! Because Monday is a Bank Holiday, a free day-off, so I don't need to cook anything today and can indulge tomorrow. There's a ton of remaindered stuff that needs using before it explodes or becomes sentient, too, so I'm guessing the good old Sausage Casserole recipe will be getting an outing again. On a side note about catering, I have of late been consuming a snack from my Ukrainian recipe book - Happy Independence Day Ukraine! - which is scrambled egg on toast, topped with uncooked spinach, dill and very finely diced tomato. They need to be eaten quickly or the toast goes soggy and falls apart. Art!
