Still, Conrad will persist with the seasonal theme. No zombies, atom bombs or tanks. Instead we have the family's trip to Robin Hood's Bay, which is not in Wales, nor yet Norfolk, but instead on the North Yorkshire coast. It is a small, picturesque coastal town of immense charm. Probably 6 feet underwater in a storm, mind.

The terms of York House mean that you can't leave pets indoors alone, so Conrad took Edna for a stroll on the beach, which she loved. Sandy, soggy and wet afterwards.
