It's supposedly a Sork version of vodka, but without the bite and a sweet plum flavour, so it climbs out of the bottle and shakes your hand, instead of jumping out and attacking you. I should also have gotten a length of plastic tubing during the weekly shop, as that would allow me to siphon the now-fermented ginger beer out of the bottles and into a glass, without stirring up the lees at the bottom. One lives and learns. Art!
