I Have Done, Just No Pictures Of It Yet
For those unaware, a tagine is a Moroccan stew using either lamb or chicken, usually served with cous-cous (although rice would do at a pinch) and I've cooked up this one as my lunch for the week ahead. All it needs now is a healthy heaping of cous-cous and we're on. Art!
That strangely-shaped cooking utensil is the 'tagine' itself, a name that comes from, not Arabic but Greek <spit hack>, and the word 'Tagenon', meaning 'Frying pan'. Now you know.
ANYWAY time for the links, not Conrad boasting about his culinary skills.
