Okay, earlier today I posted the blog with a throwaway line about how many people would be out walking their dogs this afternoon. The weather, you see, was quite balmy, and while it was overcast, the sun almost shone a few times. Given this you can guarantee the world and his wife will be walking their woofers down to Tandle Hill Park.
