Greeting, Pilgrims!
Allow me to explicate. I've got all the ingredients together for a UKRAINIAN Borscht, bar the smoked sausage, which I've substituted with diced pork in a paprika/parsley mix. It took ages to prep all the stuff and I decided to go ahead and post the customary Sunday links before starting on the actual cooking.
