Your Modest Artisan will need to head downstairs in a minute to check on the potatoes, as they're the last ingredient to go in, apart from a bit of cornflour mixed in with sour cream, to thicken it up. I still have another 700 g of pork loin to use up, and 500g of pork belly - pork belly stew, anyone? - and 12 sausages, too. Probably not enough onions left to make all of them, nor room in the fridge to store them, either. First world problems.
