Hyvaa Iltaa!

Which Is, Of Course - Obviously! - Finnish For "Good Evening"

Suomi, which is Finnish for "Finland", where they have lots of wonderful architecture and a fondness for alcohol learned when they were part of the Tsarist Empire.

Why Finnish?  Why not!  The only other European language it has any relation to is Hungarian, as it is one of the Finno-Ugric languages.  Conrad feels Finnish is easier to pronounce than Magyar (Hungarian for "Hungarian") as long as you can wrap your tongue around all those long vowels.

I have no idea.  Don't ask me.
Okay, now we once again trawl BOOJUM!'s back catalogue to put up lots of links to previous thinks.  Take it away!
